Ripped in 30 or 60

Good morning! Boy, it’s hard to get up at 4:30. I hit snooze twice before I actually got out of bed. My workout this morning was a 15 minute warmup on the elliptical followed by Level 1 of Ripped in 30. Jillian recommends 5-6 days a week of each level. I’m doing MWF for two weeks of each level instead. That means instead of finishing in 4 weeks it will take 8 weeks, fine by me. The scale was at 150.8# this morning. I’m headed to Zumba at 9:30 too. From now on it will be M & F for Zumba. I’ll miss my Tuesday morning class, but Zumba Gold is not my style.

This afternoon the girls have dentist appointments. Fingers crossed for no cavities. I’ve threatened that they will have to pay for 1/2 of it because they don’t floss when I tell them. Well, C does, but L is resistant. I don’t want their mouths full of fillings like mine or their dad.

I’m trying a new recipe tonight. I’m hoping for deliciousness, I’ll let you know. Enjoy your day!
