Thankfully when I got up this morning my upper back is feeling better. My glutes are still sore, but not falling down the stairs sore. 🙂
 
Monday A.M
warm up
3 laps
Burpee broad jumps
Crabwalk back
… then
arm/Leg swingsSkill- Handstand hold – I didn’t psych myself out at all and did 3 very successful handstands!

Workout- A Plank min on min off 9 minutes – ended up holding plank for 5 total minutes
B- 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
Burpees
KB – 20# KB
Ring Row

Today’s workout wasn’t too killer, thankfully. It definitely kept me moving though. After I drop this kids off at school I’m going for a short walk around town before I head to Walgreens for some shopping.
