Good Tuesday morning! Today’s workout wasn’t too bad, not sweaty anyway, but tough on the legs for sure.

Warm Ups
Arm/Leg Swings
Shoulder Mob
Junkyard Dog (partner, I go You go, 3×5)…

Skill- Handstand/walk

A- Push Press
3×5 3×3 3×1
70 80 90% – 55#, 60#, 65#

B- AFAP, Row
Rest while others Row

Post total time (add all times) – I think my total time was 12:10, the 1200M was tough!

Today I work at 8:45-1, have a dr. appointment and errands to run and then work from 5-8:30. Long day for sure!
