 Morning all! I made it to the gym again today, thank goodness tomorrow is a day-of-rest! 😛

Skill- Double under practice – we skipped this since 3 out of the 4 of us are injured! 😛

Goblet squat – 25# KB
Row
Lunges
Rest

This workout was just what I needed to start out my Saturday!
 
We’re off to the library soon and then who knows what the day will bring!
