Bearwalk
Butt kickers
lateral bearwalk
5 laps

Skill- Bergener with barbell, snatch

Workout
A- Push press
3×5 3×5 3×3 on 2min clock
65 75 85% 50#, 60#, 70#
B-3 rounds
5 Deadlift @55%  85#
10 Over bar burpees
15 Ring Rows
20 Lateral jumps over bar

It took me just over 5 minutes to complete. I didn’t do any jumping, just stepped over the bar. Too much pain. I have head on my abs and took some more ibuprofen. I forgot to take some before bed last night, but I have them set out now, so I won’t forget tonight.

Not much else to report. Just keeping on…
