Thursday morning
Warm Up
High Knees
Butt kickers…
lateral bearwalk

A- Jerks
3×5. 3×5. 3×3
65. 75. 85%  – I did 55#, 65#, 70#, the 70 was tough!

B- Tabata 30/15. 5 rounds each
Weighted plank (weight midback for extra difficulty, otherwise put on shoulders) – 15# weight on back
Mtn Climber
Battle rope (two hand smash) or sledgehammer
High knees holding med ball overhead

Today’s workout was good. I felt good doing it and I felt great after I was done stretching! Let’s see what tomorrow brings!
