Take the advice I give, but WTF!?

So, I weighed in at work.

I had a great week.

I ate well. I tracked my food. I did not step on the scale. I worked out.

My reward…….

up over 3#! 157.2#!

My goal is 150#


Back to tracking points I guess.


Seriously, I do have really, really, really sore muscles and I started TOM today, but still, that’s insane!

I’m actually up from last week, after a mega carb binge.


Rant over.

Moving on. 😛
