When I saw today’s workout posted, I knew I wanted to try the Rx on the deadlift. My old max was 155# so I knew I could lift it, but 45 times? Hmm..
Tuesday
Warm up
3 laps
burpee broad jump
Gator walk
Then bergener
Skill- Bubkas 10min – I still can not do these.

Even the hand stand pushups weren’t hard today. Progress…..
I took L to her FFA meeting this morning and finished up my Christmas shopping. I have the stocking stuffers all bought. My last 2 things to get are a gift card for our paper delivery person and for the lady who brings C to the library after Lego Club. Then I am done. šŸ™‚
Soon I’ll walk and read and I work from 1-5 today. The scale is still around 155#, whatever. I’m not really caring too much about the number and it feels nice. šŸ™‚
