Wow! I’m feeling yesterday’s workout!

My back, my sore back muscles! I wasn’t going to go today, but I did. I lifted light. 🙂

Warm up
100 jumping jacks
Then invisible Grace
Then arm leg swings…
Skill- Rope climb practice 10 minutes
30 clean n jerks 135/95 – I did 50# and that was plenty for my sore back!
I got on the scale at home this morning, up 1# from last Wednesday, so I’ll probably just take last week’s weight for the month. Whatever. I’m over it and as I said before, I feel healthy and fit and if that isn’t good enough for WW, so be it.
