Day 6 – Day 5 Success!

156 days til 40!

It’s Monday, it was sorta hard to get out of bed this morning. I am still a bit stiff from last week, old age sucks! 😛

A- Tabata, 20/10, 10 rounds
Hollow hold, face down, so hands and feet on the ground
B- Strict Press, AHAP, 90 sec
4-4-4-3-3-3-2-2-2 – My max was 60#
C- Partner Workout, I Go U Go

Hubby and I were partners and we finished in 25:23, he’s a faster rower than I am! That only means he got a longer break while I rowed and I got the shorter one.

I work from 8:45-1pm today and then I’ll have to get in my extra exercise. I realize it’s NOT going to happen in the morning like I hoped.
