B- For Time
Box Jump 24/20
WallBall 20/14
Push Up
Then Finish with 100 DU’s

I had to do 300 singles, I finished workout B in 13:22. It felt good to be back at the gym. There were 5 of us there and the trainer. Not too shabby for a Monday morning.

I work today from 8:45-1 and then I’m hoping to get a walk in this afternoon before the rain hits. Otherwise it’ll be walking on the treadmill. I have to get in some more activity.

  • Monday- FF, work, walk
  • Tuesday – FF, workout at home, work 1-5
  • Wednesday – FF, workout at home, L has piano, work WW (weigh-in), music at night
  • Thursday – FF, work 8:45-1, take kids with, go to the Dells for mini-golf after work, music at night
  • Friday – FF, garage sale (final one), prep for party on Saturday
  • Saturday – workout at home, family over for lunch picnic
