Yeah, I hate coming up with post titles!

Here’s the workout for this morning.

Lot to do today Go fast and hard

Warm up
400M Jog
Arm leg Swings

4 min prep time
A- Hang Snatch, 60 sec, AHAP
B- 10 Rope Ascents
C- For time
30 Ground to OH 135/95
D- 100 AbMat

Let’s see….I did 45# max on the snatch, I tried 50#, but almost lost my balance. I got up the rope 2 times. I used 55# for the Ground to OH and finished in 2:30. The abmats weren’t too bad, we haven’t done them in ages. I came home and picked kale and arugula while I was still sweaty from the gym. The cool weather felt great!
