Planning to fail…

that has to change. I know, I know…I constantly lament about needing to eat better, but it’s true. It’s also true I’m human and let emotions get to me. One day at a time….my basic plan for tomorrow…

  • Sleep well
  • Get up and work out at Fitness Foundry!
  • Work at the library until 1pm
  • Get in some afternoon activity of some sort.
  • Eat well
  • Drink water
  • Write down what I eat
  • Get enough protein
  • Limit my carb intake a bit
  • Eat all the veggies from my garden!

Food plan for tomorrow

  • oatmeal for breakfast
  • cappuccino before work
  • yogurt with fruit at work
  • huge salad with protein for lunch
  • smoothie for my afternoon snack
  • chicken, zucchini and broccoli for supper
  • popcorn for evening snack
