The gym kicked my @ss this morning!

Warm up
400m row
Tuck Jumps
Pvc shoulder raises
Side Lunge into stretch

Skill- Handstand hold practice using partner to help hold legs, 5 min – this was pretty fun actually!

Work out
A- Hang Clean + 2 Jerks, 60sec
12×1, work up to AHAP – I got to 75#
B- EMOM, 20 min cap
5 Box Jump 20/18
7 SDHP 75/55
9 Push Press 75 55

Workout B sucked the big one! I finished the first minute with 2 seconds of rest, after that it was all downhill. I was a sopping mess after I was done, sign of a good workout, right?

I work all day and I hope to get laundry done tonight.
