Make it happen, it’s Monday!

Is it weird to say I’m happy it’s Monday? 😛

Monday’s WOD:
A) Deadlift: 10×1, Build to AHAP, 1:15 clock – I got up to 180# for several reps.

B) Press: 5×1.1.1, on the :20/rest 2:00 – I got 70# once and then failed, so back down to 65#

C) EMOM x12:
Odd- 15 Hand Release Push Ups
Even- 5 Chest To Bar Pull Ups

Notes:
– A) 10 sets of one rep; try to build to about 90%-95% of your max from when we tested your CrossFit total by set 5 or 6 and stay there for the last few rounds; if you can build to a heavier weight without losing your form then do it. Don’t drop the barbell at the top of the lift.
– B) same clusters as last week, try to go up in weight; if you had any failed reps last week, then build to the same weight and try to get more reps
– C) scale for CTB is regular pull ups for the same number of reps, or ring rows for 8 reps

I work 8:45-1 today and then home to walk and watch TV. Early to bed tonight because I’m headed to the gym tomorrow!
