It wasn’t a fun bike ride!

I thought today was Wednesday, but it’s Tuesday! The workout this morning was a killer at the end.

Starting tomorrow, the Tuesday and Thursday AM classes will be at 5am, not 5:30am!!

Tuesday’s WOD:
A) Press: 6×5, build from last week, 2min clock – I did 60# the whole time, tough at the end.

B) Power Snatch: 8×2, TnG, build to AHAP, 2min clock – I’m liking this move…I did 55# (1), 60# (1), 65# (6)

C)5 rounds for max cals:
1 min max effort AD
2 min rest – I thought I would progressively get worse with each minute, I did 22 cal, 23, 20, 21, 19 = 105 calories!

Notes: Last week’s presses were at 65% so you’re gonna want to start around that weight and build only if you were successful last week. If you had failed reps last week, keep the weight the same and GET THE REPS.

On tap for today……walk & watch TV, work 1-5, try to stay out of the cookies! Bwaaahhhhhhhaaahhhhh
