A good day was had…

Monday = Good Day

I slept well last night and despite some soreness I was ready for the gym.

Tuesday’s WOD:
A) Press: 6×5, build from last week, 2:15 clock – 60# & 65#

B) Snatch: 5×3 TnG, AHAP with PERFECT technique, 1:15 clock – I did 55# the whole time, squatting was tough today.

C) 4 rounds for max reps:
1 min AMRAP KB C&J, single KB, 50/35 – 25# KB
1 min AMRAP Pull-ups – green band
1 min AMRAP HRPU

C had her ortho appointment this morning and got a thicker wire put on, she said she can feel the tightness. We go back the first week in March. Hubby is home today due to the rain and I work at 1pm.
