New gym!!!!!

Happy Monday! We got to work out in our new gym today. There will be growing pains as we get things adjusted, but it’s so nice!

Monday’s WOD: New location (201 E Albert St) and new evening class times (5:30pm & 6:30pm)

A) Press: (Wave Load) 5-4-3, 5-4-3, 1:45 clock – 55#, 60#, 65#    then 60#, 65#, 70#
Notes: Last set of 3 should be heavier than last set from 1/19

B) Back Squat: 5×3, 2min clock, Build to AHAP – 75#, 80#, 85#, 90#, 95#

C) 3 RFT:
10 Thrusters, 95/65 – 55#
10 Pull ups – banded
50 DU’s – 150 singles

finished in 7:50

Unfortunately I tweaked my neck on the press! I can’t really turn my head so it’s making me a tad ornery. 😛

My week…

  • Monday – gym, work 8:45-1, eye Dr., walk and watch TV
  • Tuesday – gym, walk & watch TV, work 1-5
  • Wednesday – gym, walk & watch TV, work WW, weigh in, work 5-8:30
  • Thursday – DOR, work 8:45-1, pick up kids from Art Club
  • Friday- gym, walk & watch TV
