Hump Day!

This week seems to be going by pretty quickly.

Wednesday’s WOD:
A) Clean & Jerk Practice: 1 power clean + 1 hang power clean + 1 hang squat clean + 1 jerk, 12 minutes to work on technique with the various starting positions with the different starting/finishing positions of the clean. See the comments section for a reminder of the different positions. Try not to set down the bar during the sequence. Work to AHAP – worked up to 75#

B) 5 sets @100% effort:
5 TnG power cleans, heavy but fast… – first round 55#, then went to 60#
10 bar-facing burpees AFAP
AD for cals, 12M/9F
rest/walk 4 min b/w sets – each set was about 1:30-1:40 to get through

Notes:
– Go all out on these, don’t hold back!

I walked and read, cleaned the bathroom and am having a snack since I started to feel a bit shaky. Once I’m done I’ll shower up and head out to shop a bit before working WW.
