This morning I headed to the gym, came home to find C still in her PJs resting in her chair. She’s not feeling well today and when I took L to school and came back she was back asleep. She hasn’t moved much today and has only had a gogurt and 1/2 a slice of lasagna all day. I’m reminding her to keep drinking water. Poor thing!

Wednesday’s WOD:
A) C&J Practice: 2 segmented cleans w/ 3 sec pause at knee (see comments for video demo with explanation) + 1 jerk, 6 sets, 1:30 clock, small increase in weight per set. 65#, 70#, 80#, 85#(3)

B) 4 sets @100% effort:
30 sec wall ball14″ ball
30 sec deadlifts, 155/105, 135/95, 115/75 95#(1) 75#(3)
30 sec AD
rest 6 min

Notes:
– position is more critical than load on C&J drill
– make sure bar sweeps back and weight is toward heels when paused at knee
– 90 continuous seconds during Part B, no transition time built in so move quickly to the next movement

I did get some errands done before WW and I lost 1.8# this week! Awesome for me considering Sunday afternoon wasn’t so hot eating-wise. I work 5-8:30 tonight and plan on a DOR for tomorrow.
