Squatting low and chipping away at it!

Monday was good. Work was busy and the time flew by. It helped that I was back to being done at 1pm, not 5pm. 🙂 I walked and read and then walked again after supper.

This morning’s workout was tough!

Tuesday’s WOD:
A) Back squat, 3×5 @82.5% of training weight*; 3:30 clock – #105

Notes: *training weight is 90% of 1RM; calculate your training weight and remember it for the entire cycle – for all intents and purposes that will be your “max” for this cycle.

B) Chipper for Time:
30 Calorie Row
30 Box Jump Overs – step overs (tall box)
30 Hang Power Cleans, 95/65 or 75/55 – 65#
30 Wall Balls  – 14#
30 Pull-ups  – green/black band
30 Front Squats, 95/65 or 75/55 – 55#
30 Burpees
30 Calorie AirDyne

Notes: We’ll start the chipper in waves based on numbers I was done with 22 min on the clock, BUT I started after Mary finished rowing and box jumps, so maybe 19 minutes or so.

I’m going to walk and read, shower up, make coleslaw and pick up a bit. L gets a tooth pulled at 12:30 so I’ll be getting in to work late today, but I work til 5.
