I stuck with my plan yesterday. 🙂

Friday’s WOD:
A) Front squat, 3×5, same weight all sets, 2:30 clock 100#

B) Teams of 3

Max Reps, 185/125

7 min AMRAP: Push Press
50 Reps, 135/85
50 Reps, 155/105
Max Reps, 185/125

7 min AMRAP: Power Clean

50 Reps, 155/105
Max Reps, 185/125

Notes:
– like last week, no racks are allowed and only 1 person can work at a time
– SAVE THE 10’s AND 15’s! use 25’s and 45’s as soon as possible
– Scaled load options are:

95/65

Amy and I did the 65/75/85 route and we did really well. Amy even hit a PR on her clean!

This morning the girls and I are going hiking and then a bit of shopping in Baraboo.
