Happy Monday!

This weekend was good. On Saturday we went to a Flea Market and I did a bit of shopping later on that day. Sunday morning we walked the levee and I just relaxed and gardened.

Today is was back to the gym. My knee is bugging me, but I pushed through it.

Monday’s WOD:
A) Hang snatch below knee, 8×2; slightly heavier than last week but still speed/technique focus, 1:30 clock 50#(1), 55#(7)

B) 6 Rounds (15min cut-off)
10 Thrusters 105/70lbs55# for me!
8 CTB or 10 regular pull-ups or 12 jumping pull-ups – jumping, finished in 9:57 or so

Notes: No bands or ring rows in place of pull-ups; only scaling options are what’s listed. Post times to comments.

My week…

  • Monday – gym, work, piano, Walgreens, water guy comes to test water, walk? or treadmill
  • Tuesday – gym, walk levee in AM, work 1-5
  • Wednesday – gym, walk at home, last day working at WW on a Wednesday, lunch at Pizza Ranch with kids and co-workers, work 5-8:30
  • Thursday – DOR or walk at home, work 8:45-1, library program for L, last night of WW, dinner out with co-workers
  • Friday – gym, walk at home or levee or Parfrey’s Glen with the kids
  • Saturday – workout at home, work 8:45-2
