Day 2 Whole30

Yesterday was a success too. Here’s my food, minus a picture of an apple with almond butter I had later in the evening.

The sunflower seeds happened because I felt woozy after the treadmill walk in the afternoon. I figure it was because I didn’t eat all my salad at lunch and maybe should have had a bit more chicken.
